STUDIO POLICIES
At Brunette Vet Studio, I go out of my way to make sure my valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter my doors to the moment they leave my incomparable Studio. Please take a moment to review my policies to ensure you understand my operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
DEPOSITS
To book an appointment I require a $50 deposit. Your deposit is a retainer reserving my time. Your retainer fee will be applied toward your balance on the day of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the allotted 24-hour timeframe, I will refund or transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours until your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
CANCELLATION POLICY
I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, I'll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go the same day, or are a no show, you forfeit your deposit.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable post 48 hours. Post 48 hours, you will be required to rebook with an additional deposit. All policies will remain in place upon new deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be courteous of my time and other clients at BRUNETTE VET STUDIO and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is to text or call me so I can minimize any disruption to my schedule and other customers.
ADDITIONAL POLICY INFORMATION

No guest, children, or pets are allowed in the treatment area due to cross-contamination and interruption.

Please be respectful and understand that if I am not talking it is because I must focus on the treatment procedure.

I also want to ensure that myself, my clients, and my studio is safe, and sanitary. If you are sick or have any flu-like symptoms, I have the right to refuse you service.

Prices are set to change at the studio's discretion.

Brunette Vet Studio has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS

Nano Brows: Requires a minimum of 2 appointments. Your follow-up appointment is scheduled 10-12 weeks after the last session for optimal results.

Removal: May require multiple sessions. Additional sessions are scheduled based on age as the older the client the longer the skin takes to heal. Follow the below times to reschedule as follows:​

40 - 50 years old: 6 weeks

50 - 60 years old: 8 weeks

60+ years old: 12 weeks

Under 40 years old: 5 weeks​

Ink Less Stretch Mark Revision: May require multiple sessions and depends on the clients desired outcome. Follow-up appointment may be scheduled 6-8 weeks after the last appointment.
PLEASE NOTE
I provide the same service for every client, but the healed results can vary with every client. This is dependent on many factors including your immune system, skin type, lifestyle, any medications, vitamins, or supplements you may take, and how you adhered to the pre-care and aftercare instructions. Therefore, healed results are beyond my control.

Your balance is due in full on the day of your procedure.

I am also working on offering financing through Cherry. There are no hard credit check and 0% interest. An additional fee of no more than 7.9% will be applied.​
